
QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
The Management of FILTROS CARTÉS, is aware of the commitment it undertakes with its customers and has therefore organized a Quality Assurance System based on the norm UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 and aimed at meeting the following targets:

• Ensure that the sale of filters for vehicles, machinery and industry complies with the applicable norms and specifications.
• Provide a service which meets the requirements and expectations of its customers and constantly improves the efficiency of the quality assurance system.
• Ensure high quality of our sales process and the products supplied.
• Determine actions, not only aimed at identifying non-conformances, but also preventing them.
• Always work with a qualified and dedicated human force.
This Quality Assurance Policy is set as the framework to define quality goals and is reviewed once a year.
To apply this Quality Assurance Policy, FILTROS CARTÉS has designed and implemented a Quality Assurance System based on the norm UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 and it is described as the Quality Assurance Manual.
The General Manager of FILTROS CARTÉS, leading the company and the development of activities related to Quality Assurance, delegates the management and monitoring required to define and implement the Quality Assurance System to the Technical and Quality Assurance Manager and therefore grants him the authority and powers needed, but also undertakes to provide the technical and human resources required to develop those tasks. |
